Hopkins County, Kentucky, farmer and soldier. Kentucky native. Son of William Todd and Eveline Todd. Student in Hopkins County, Kentucky, in 1850. Served in the 4th Kentucky Mounted Infantry Regiment (C.S.A.) as a private from September 14, 1861 to January 1864. Reported as deserted at Dalton, Georgia, in January 1864. Farmer in Hopkins County in 1864.
