Blankenship, Washington Wolford Blankenship, and Sarah F. Blankenship. Farmer in Macon County, Tennessee, in 1860. Served in the 5th Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry (U.S.A.) as a private from October 11, 1861 to February 19, 1862. Served in the 1st Tennessee Mounted Infantry (U.S.A.) as a private from December 10, 1863 to January 22, 1865.
