To the honor of Gov Boil we wish to inform your honor of the conduct and treatment of the so called 3 months men of Oldham CO Ky about 25 men in No with R. J. Sparks as there Captain came to us & have taken one horse saddle & bridle from J. R. Hampton & also 2 fine mars from W. T. Casaday,, as he ^Sparks^ says under the order of Col Hunt of Lagrange of Ky and as we believe in direct oposition to your own proclimation if you doo not approve of siutch conduct and treatment you will pleas order the sd property to be returned to sd owners immediately;
