We the undersigned would respectfully recommend Wm B. Watts for the appointment of Lieu^t Col for Henry. Co. Mr. Watts is eminently qualified for the position. Being a man of Energy with considerable experiance in Military Affairs.

We feel confident that he will use every exertion to raise and organize a company in our County for the defense of our state against the invasion or raids of rebel Guerillas.
