Father of Mark Levis, Sallie Levis, Samuel Levis, and Mary Sophia Levis. Cotton manufacturer in Kenton County, Kentucky, in 1850. President of the Kentucky Central Railroad Company in Kenton County in 1860. Employed Mary Powers and Lena Gross in Kenton County in 1860.
