Our Mutual friend M H Owsly Indicted one of our Neighbourhood Turnpikes and They confessed Jugement for $100 — We think the part due the Conth should be remitted as it is impossible to keep the Roads in repair during their use by the Federal Wagons- We know the whole neighbourhood desires the fine remitted and Justice demands it

A few individuals bult the road at considerable expense to them, it is merely a neighborhood road and pays nothing to the stock holders, It was indicted with other roads for being out of repair. Under the peculiar circumstances and state of the country I think ^the^ stockholders entitled to the remission
