Was arrested for the Crime and while the Examining Court Was in Session made his Escape from the officers and has fled Said F. M. Shrder is about 6 feet High Light Complection Light Hare Spare Built Wears Mustache & whiskers

the undersigned Would Represent that. Decedants. (Roberts) family one poor. and Unable to offer a Reward for. his apprehension and as the State Should guard and protect the poor. They ask that your Honor Will offer a Reward for. F M Shrader apprehension that he may be tried for the offense he has Committed
