Replevin Bond

We Samuel Herren principal & Azeriah Herren Security do bind ourselves three months after the date hereof to pay the Commonwealth of Kentucky the sum of Eighty two dollars and 07 cents, to bear interest at the rate of six per centum per annum, from this date until paid being the amount of principal and costs, of a capias profine which issued from the Clerks office of the Circuit Court of Grant County, on the 18^th day of November 1863, in favor of the said Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the sum of $75.00 $ -- interest $4.4 costs of suit. $1.87 Sheriff's half commission, and 40 cents for this bond, amounting in the whole to the sum of $82.07 aforesaid, against the said Samuel Herren principal, and we the said Security A. Herren have hereby replevied the same. Witness our hands and seals, this 3^d. day of Decr. 1863.
