The Grand Jury of Caldwell County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Walter M^cChesney J O Hunter. Charles Hooper and Benjamin T Gray of the crime of Robery committed as follows. viz The said Walter M^cChesney J O Hunter Charles Hooper, and Benjamin T Gray on the 30^th day of October 1862, in the County aforesaid feloniously took dry goods. wares and merchandize the property of W^m Cash from the possession and in the presence of said W^m Cash and against his will by putting him in fear of some immediate injury to his person against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
