The Grand Jury of Caldwell County. in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Walter M^cChesney J O. Hunter Charles Hooper and Benjamin T Gray of the crime of Robery committed as follows viz The said Walter M^cChesney J O Hunter Charles Hooper and Benjamin T Gray on the 30^th day of October 1862 in the county aforesaid feloniously took dry goods wares and merchandize the property of William H Baley from his possession and in his presence and against his will by putting him in fear of some immediate injury to his person against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
