Henry Pointer

The Grand Jury of Henderson County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse Henry Pointer of the offense of unlawfully migrating to this State, committed as follows: the said Henry Pointer on the [ ] day of [ ]1859 in the County aforesaid, and since the eleventh day of June 1850 he then and there being a free negro, did migrate to this State with the intention of remaining therein against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
