This day came the parties by their attornies and announced themselves ready for trial. Then came the Jurors of a Jury to wit John Arthur Duke Covey Milam Young W R Tartar W. J. Carson W. W. Hail B F Simpson Robert Stroud W^m Aker W C Seeher A J Cox John M^cCury who were elected tried and Sworn will and truly to try the issue Joined herein, and after hearing the evidence and instructions of the court retired to their room and after consultation and deliveration returned into court and on their oaths say we of the Jury find the defendant John Owens guilty of keeping a tipling house

It ordered and adjudged by the court that the plaintiff recover of the defendant John Owens the Sum of $60 — and her costs herein Expended for which his body may be taken &C
