To his excetrice the govenor of the commowealth of Kentucky your petitioner Gorge W Little and John smith wold Respectfuly Represent to your excelence that they become the surity of one Thomas Graves who was a soldier in the servis of the united states and that the said Graves was ~~enlisted~~ arested in the Knox county Ky for Reciving a horse that had been stollen they state that Said Grave was bound toa by the Examin court for his appearen in the Knox Circuit court ^in a bond of $100,^ and the said Graves being a soldier and in the servis and subject to his comand Failed to appeare in the Knox circuit court for trial at the tim the Bond Required and that the bond was forfeited at the last April turm of said court and at the last september term judgment was Renderd against them for the $100 and cost and that ^they are unable to pay the fine and do justice to the Rest of the familey^

The Primeses considerd the prayer of your petitioner is that your Excelence Remit the fine and set a side the forfeitur and for all proper Releaf
