Francis L Bourne a young man, quite a boy was Indicted at the September term of the Jessamine Circuit Court 1864 in two Cases charged with horse stealing, Said Francis bore a good Caracter up to that occurance, and since that time has conducted himself in a sober indoustrious and [...] manner, He is connected with a highly respectable family who greatly regrett the occurance and are deeply mortified,

In Consideration of his youth and inexperiance, and the punishment already inflicted, I hope your Excellency may pardon him and cause the prosecutions to be dismissed I am satisfied that it would be approved by all familiar with the circumstances
