The Commonwealth came by her Attorney and the Defendant appeared in proper person in open Court and plead guilty to the charge in the Indictment, and acknowledged himself indebted to the Commonwealth in the sum of $500.

Wherefore with the assent of the Attorney for Plaintiff, and with leave of the Court, it is adjudged that the Plaintiff recover of the Defendant the sum of Five hundred dollars and also her costs herein expended.

It is further ordered that a Capias Profine issue upon the foregoing Judgment.
