Arch Cavenaugh & William Hacher

The Grand Jury of Owsly County in the name & by the authority of the Commonwelth of Kentucky accuses Archibald Cavennaugh & William Hacher of the offence of Robbery Commited as follows viz the said Archibald Cavennaugh & William Hacher did in the County aforesaid on the 3 day of Nov 1865 Feloniously & Forcibly and by puting Isaac N Cardwell in feer of some immediate injury to his person and aganst his will and Consent take from said Isaac N Cardwell One Mare of the value of $150 then property and in the possesion of said Isaac N Cardwell against the peace & dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
