The Grand Jury of Caldwell County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: accuse E,, H,, Daniels. and Reuben,, T,, Daniels. of the offense of allowing minors to play on a JennieLindTable The said E,, H,, Daniels,, and Reuben T Dainels on the 10^th day of January 1865. and on divers other days and times in the County aforesaid,, they being the owners and controllers of a gaming table called the JennieLindTable and used for gaming == purposes and on which money property and divers other things of value were bett won and lost on said table,, did willfully suffer and Clay Coon. Geo. Coon. E B Ford and Tish Overby minors under the age of twenty one years to engage at games and play on said Table= witnout the written consent of their parents or either of them,, against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
