The Grand Jury of Caldwell County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: accuse E,, H,, Daniels and Reuben,, T,, Daniels,, of the offence of keeping a gaming table committed as follows. viz: The said E,, H,, Daniels. and Reuben,, T,, Daniels, on the 10^th day of February 1865. and on divers other days and times before and Since that time in the County aforesaid,, they being licensedcoffeehouse keepers,, did willfully and knowingly and for gaming purposes,, set up exhibit and keep in a house in their possession occupation and under their control and for the purpose aforesaid,, a machinecontrivance or table,, called a JennieLindTable,, used in betting and playing games of chance, and on which table or contrivance as aforesaid money, property and other things of value were bett wagered won and lost on said games of chance played on the same against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky,
