The grand Jury of Monroe County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Andrew Eakle of the Crime of Passing Counterfeit Bank Bills Knowing them to be Counterfeit Commiteded as follows to wit the Said Andrew Eakle on the 1 day of January 1864 in the County aforesaid did Feloniously and Fraudulently pass to Mary King Two Counterfit Bank Bills of the Same Kind Twenty dollars Each on the Bank of Ashland which Said Bank was then and there by the laws of Kentucky incorporatid he the Said Eakle then and there Knowing Said Bills to be Counterfit against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
