The Grand Jury of Garrard County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse William Champ of the offence of a breach of the peace committed as followeth viz the said William Champ did on the 7 Day of august 1865 in the County aforesaid unlawfully commit a breach of the peace by firing off pistols & uttering a disorderly and unbecoming manner hallowing curseing and swearing in upon and along the public highway & in a croud of good people peaceaably assembled to the great damage and annoyance of a large number of the good people of the County of Garrard and many other wrongs then & there did Against the peace & dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
