John & Robert C Wiseman did on yesterday the 30^th day, of October 1865 Shoot and Kill Clayton Witt in the County of Estill and are now running at large John Wiseman is about 350. years of age a ~~small~~ low heavy set a little stoop shoudered has a scar on his breast fom a shot while in the US. army dark hair, Robert C Wiseman is about 28 years old about 5. feet 10 Inches high light bule eyes and has a large scar on him from a burn as large as a small plate, now Governor will you be so good as to over a reward for them,
