THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY,
AGAINST
Augden Bridgwater

The Grand Jury of Lincoln County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse Augden Bridgwater of the Crime of horse-stealing commited as follows, viz: the said Augden Bridgwater did on the 5^th day of September 1865, in the County aforesaid unlawfully and feloniously steal, take and carry away from the possession of Jennie Adams one horse of the value of one hundred dollars, the personal property of the said Jennie Adams, and converted the same to his own use and benefit. Against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
