This day C, FW. Tiller made oath before me that on or about the 5^th day of November 1865 a felony was committed in the City of Louisville Jefferson County and state of Kentucky by the felonious stealing and taking away two horses and one wagon the property of Traugott Krachrugge of said City, That said horses and wagon were worth $200,00

That affiant has good grounds to beleive that one Louis Henry committed said felony and that he is now a fugitive from Justice confined in the Jail of Dubois County (at ~~Jaspe~~Jasper) in the state of Indiana (where he has been arrested on said charge and the horses and wagon recovered) and now awaits requisition)
