The undersigned citizens of Ky respectfully petition your excellency to appoint John. T. Bronaugh a "Notary Public" for the county of Jessamine The time of W. R. Welch has expired and we desire the vacancy thus created to be filled at once by Mr Bronaugh and hope his appointment will be confirmed by the Senate at the next meeting of the General Assembly. Mr Bronaugh is a firm Union man and every way qualified to discharge the duties of the office.
