GOVERNOR OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY,
TO ALL WHO SHALL SEE THESE PRESENTS, GREETING:

WHEREAS, judgment has been rendered by the Anderson Circuit Court for $100 against John Murray

AND WHEREAS, It appears from satisfactory evidence that the case of said John Murray presents strong considerations for the interposition and indulgence of the Executive:

Now, Know Ye, That in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the power vested in me by the Constitution, I have thought proper to REMIT, and do, by these presents, remit Said judgment except fees and costs and do hereby forever acquit, release, and discharge said John Murray from the same, enjoining all officers to respect this REMISSION, and govern themselves accordingly.

In Testimony Whereof, I have caused these letters to be made patent, and Seal of the Commonwealth to be hereunto affixed. Done at FRANKFORT, the 30^th day of Nov, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sixty, and in the 69^th year of the Commonwealth.
