The affiant Louis Reibold, says that he was at the house of W^m Beck, on the night the house of William Brockman was said to have been stoned by Defts. and Knows that W^m Beck, Charles Reel, and Casper Winterestein came to the Residence of said William Beck. between 12 ³/₄ and 1 — o clock of said night, that he Knows. that they were accompanied by one Charles Smith, who has left this County. that said Beck, when Reel and Winterstein, started home in about a quarter of an hour, went to bed, and was still in his bed at home, when affiant started to Market at 3 ¹/₂ o'clock in the morning. that he was at this time in the employ of said Beck, and was awaked about 32 ¹/₂ o'clock by said Becks wife, to cut Sausage, and heard the Clock strike one o clock, after said Beck had arrived at home
