The Grand Jury of Todd County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; accused Spiller H Dickinson G R Thompson and William Glass of the Offense of gaming Committed as follows, viz; The said Spiller. H Dickinson G R Thompson and William Glass did on the 30" day of September 1860 in the County aforesaid bet wager win and loose money property and other things of value at a game of chance played with cards by and between Said Spiller H Dickinson G R Thompson and William Glass in the County aforsaid agnst the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
