The Governor approved an account of $141 ²⁵/₁₀₀ to A. G Hodges & Co for the publication ofthe official vote of Kentucky for the office of President and Vice President

He appointed John Henry a Justice of the Peace for Spencer County in Distric N^o one in place of Nathan Beauchamp resigned

He appointed Rob^t W. Winn Notary Public for the county of Clarke until the end of the next session of the General Assembly

He remitted to W. F. Dickey & others $1000 of a Judgment of $1500 by the Henderson Circuit Court and respited the balance of $500 for twelve months, said Judgment was upon a forfeited recognizance

He respited for Six months a judgment of the Danville Police Court of $20. against W^m Griffin for retailing liquors

He remitted to J. Saltmarsh & others a judgment of $50 each by the city Court of Louisville upon a forfeited bail bond

He remitted the following judgments:

Carroll Cir. Ct vs. A. T. Shea	$50.	Selling Liquor to a slave

Simpson E & C " " Henry Butler --	$75 --	Misdemeanor.

He commissioned the Adjutant Quarter-Master, Paymaster and Surgeon of the Enrolled Militia for the county of Monroe,

Also the Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel of the Enrolled Militia for Breathitt county and for the county of Webster

He also Commissioned D. W. Lindsey Captain, Geo. B. Bumley 1st Lieut. Olando Brown 2^d Lieutenant and Cha^s M Hawkins 3^d Lieutenant of the Governor Guards

And E T. Woolfork 2^d Lieutenant of the Paducah City Guards.
