The Governor approved an account of $271. to E. L. Bumpass for bringing a Fugitive from the Justice of this State under his Requisition upon the Governor of Missouri and his delivery to the Jailer of Greenup county.

He respited for twelve months three judgments each of $500, by the Madison Circuit Court against Silas Hill James Maupin and Thomas H. Barnes upon forfeited recognizances.

He appointed Jos A Hamilton a Notary Public for Jefferson County until the end of the next session of the General Assembly.

He respited for twelve months the following judgments, to wit:

Lexington City Court. vs. R. J. Breckinridge --	$150 --	Forfeited recognizance
Pulaski Cir. " " D. A. Davis --	$20.	Gaming --

He remitted to M. Sparks a judgment of a Justice of the Peace for Jessamine County of $6.66, for a breach. of the peace.

The Governor issued a Requisition on Tennessee for William Foster under Indictment in the Knox Circuit Court for Grand Larceny; and appointed Calvin Brogan his Agent to make the demand.
