To the Sheriff of Grant County

You are commanded to summon John Neal & John W Marquiss to appear in the Grant Circuit Court on the first day of its May term to show cause why Judgment should not be rendered against them for Eight hundred Dollars on account of the forfeiture of the bail Bond executed by them for the appearance of the said John Neal in said Court, to answer the Charge of Burglary & Larceny committed by the said John Neal and have there and then this writ with due return how you have executed it. Given under my hand as Clerk of said Court, this 17^th day of December 1862.
