Your petitioner would most respectfully represent to your Excellency that at the June term 1862 one August Rosenbaum was fined in the Franklin Circuit Court the sum of Sixty ($60.) Dollars, upon the charge of keeping a tipling house The judgment was replevied and upon representations then made your petitioner was induced to become security theron He would further represent that within a few days Rosenbaum has left this country for Europe and that the bond will expire on the 4^th day of June 1863, that as the case now stands your petitioner will have the amount to pay which he can illy afford to do. He would further represent that had he have known that it was Rosenbaums intention to have left the Country he would not have give upon his bond, Under the circumstances and owing to the times and difficulty of getting money Your petitioner would most urgently and respectfully
solicit the remission of the Judgment
