6,, The resignation of 2nd Lieutentant E.M.Gates 45th Ky, vol. Mt'd Infantry is hereby accepted, to take effect March 1^st, 1864, with the condition that he shall recieve no final payments until he has satisfied the Pay Department that he is in no wise indebted to the Government.
