2,, The resignation of Capt. Geo, W, Brown Co. "C" 45th Ky. Volunteers for the good of the service is hereby accepted, to take effect Feb 6^th, 1864, with the condition that he shall receive no final payments until he exhibits satisfactory evidence from the head of the Ordnance Department, and the proper accounting officers of the Treasury, that he has made all prescribed returns, and is in no wise indebted to the Government.
