19. So much of the sentence of the General Court Martial, convened by Special Orders, No. 5, Headquarters, U. S. Forces, Morganzia, Louisiana, of July 12th, 1864, in the case of Private James M. Gilbert, 7th Kentucky Veteran Volunteers, (formerly Company "D," 22d Kentucky Volunteers,) as requires him to make good the time lost by absence without leave, is remitted.
