Dear Sir

I rec^d yesterday a paper from the Inspector General^s office directing me to make all necessary arrangements to draft 95 men of the Enrolled Militia of this County.

I am at a loss what to do. The assessors of the County have given the enrollment so little attention that I am confident from my knowledge of the facts. and information that very few more than 2/3 of the militia has been reported. Will you be kind enough as to instruct me.
