46. 1st Lieutenant James W. Robinson, 11th Kentucky Cavalry, having tendered his resignation on insufficient grounds, whilst his command was in front of the enemy, is, by direction of the President, hereby dishonorably dismissed the service of the United States.

He will receive no final payments until he has satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the Government.
