All of which Said Executions constitute by Law a portion of the Jury fund of the Henry Circuit Court,, And the Said C. M. Humston late Sheriff as aforesaid having failed to return Said Executions to the office whence they issued for thirty days after the return day thereof. He the said Humston is hereby notified that on the first day of the next Aprile Term of the Henry Circuit Court I E P Thomas Trustee of the Jury fund as afsd in obedience to a Special order of this Court entered up at [...] Term [...] 18[...] will motion against you for Same in the name of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for the full amount of Said Execution ($2360.27c) together with Thirty percentum damage thereon and for all proper relief
