H C King & James H Husbands

The Grand Jury of Graves County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse H C King & James H Husbands of the Crime of Robbery, committed as follows, Viz. The Said H C King & James H Husbands, on the 1^st day of November 1862 in the County aforesaid did feloniously take and carry away, 12 pr Shoes of the value of $24. 12 pr. Boots of the value of $60. 12 Blankets of the value of $36. 2 pieces of flannel of the value of $25. 3 guns of the value of $60, besides a large amount of other goods and merchandise which cannot be specified to the value of $500. all the personal property of John T Bolinger in the care and custody of Thomas Beadles the lawful agent & clerk of Bolinger, the said goods and merchandise were from the presence of the said Beadles against his will and by putting him in fear of some immediate injury to his person. against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
