The undersigned Petitioners would Represent to youre Excelincy that at the Sept Term 1860 of the Powell Circuit Court that the Commonwealth of Ky obtained a Judgement against Presley Kimbrell for Twenty dollars for unlawful gaming

and we would further Represent to youre Excelincy that the Said Presley Kimbrell volunteered in the United States Service in Augest 1861 and has ~~Remained~~ Remained in the Service ever Since and is still in the Service and we think in view of all the facts and of his Service to his Country that his case presents Strong grounds for the interposition of Exutive Clemincy and we would aske youre Excelincy to remit Said fine.

Youre Petitioners would further Represent to youre Excellincy that at the March Term 1861 of the Powell Circuit Court that ~~William Fearman~~ the Commonwealth obtained a Judgnt against William Fareman for fifty dollars ^for carrying concealed weapon^ and that Said Fareman is now in the Service of the United States and has been for Eighteen months Past and in view of his Service to his country we would Respectifuly aske youre Excelincy to Remit said fine
