5 The resignation of 1^st Lieutenant R, Q, M 48th Ky. Vol. Infantry is hereby accepted, to take effect March 20^th, 1864, with the condition that he shall recieve no final payments until he has satisfied the Pay Department that he is in no wise indebted to the Government.
