Loh, Co "B" 45th Kentucky Mounted Inf, is for the good of the serivce hereby accepted to take effect on the (9^th) ninth day of January 1864, He to receive no final payment until he exhibits satisfactory evidence from the Head of the Ordnance Department. and the proper accounting officer of the Treasury, that he has made all prescribed returns and is in no wise indebted to the United States on account of Ordnance.
