SPECIAL ORDERS,
NO. 67.

Col P. G. Reese of the 45' Ky Militia is hereby ordered to take such portion of his command as he may deem necessary, and take possession of all properly captured by one Capt Johnson and any other Homeor State Guard organization in Grayson County. He will hold such Officers until the property is given up or a satisfactory account of the disposition of same. He will make an inventory of said property designating such as was captured from Guerillas, and such as belonged to Citizens and recaptured, and send said inventory to Brig^r Gen^lS. G. Suddarth Quarter Master Gen^l Ky who will give him full instructions in regard to the disposition of said property. He will compel Capt Johnson- to show his authority for acting or forming an Independent Company
